New Math? Alphabet Soup? It may seem like it some days! The 4C’s (Critical Thinking, Communication, Creativity, and Collaboration) were developed more than a decade ago via The Framework for 21st Century Skills. Most agree with the necessity of these learning and innovation skills to successfully survive in our increasingly complex environments. Activating them in the classroom is much more challenging. Using the 3D’s (Discover, Dabble and Distribute), participants will identify and construct examples of effective instructional strategies, combine them with engaging technology, and organically weave the 4C’s into everyday instructional practice.***Please note that this session has been assigned to the second floor with no elevator (climbing a flight of stairs is required).  If you would like to attend this session but need accessibility, please email across@sseds.org in advance and we will do our best to find an alternate arrangement.  Thank you!***
